Scalyn provides a suite of e-commerce tools, including product research, listing optimization, and inventory management, powered by artificial intelligence. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time without notice.

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account.

Scalyn offers subscription plans. By selecting a plan, you agree to pay the fees indicated for that service. Payments will be charged on a pre-pay basis on the day you sign up and will cover the use of that service for a monthly or annual subscription period as indicated.

In no event shall Scalyn, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
